Return Policy

We do not accept returns, as all items are handmade and customized specifically for each customer. Before shipping, we send detailed photos and videos of your item for your final approval. Once approved and shipped, the sale is considered final.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as our pieces are crafted with care and tailored to your specific preferences.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at carryandshinewear@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since our items are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Personalized items (e.g., name prints, sizing adjustments)

  • Made-to-order or custom designs

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EU Customers – Important Notice

Under EU law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply to custom or personalized items. Since all our products are handmade and approved before shipment, the right to withdraw does not apply.
